EASE: Unit 2

Two students lay a piece of tape across the path, midway (“The Line”).
Put two STOP signs in front of the line, each facing an X.

One student stands on each of the two Xes.

Students walk toward each other on the path and stop at “The Line.“

Give students specific suggestions of how to interact in the middle; for example:

• greet each other with “Hello”
• wave
• give a high five
• bow
• shake hands
• ask a question, give an answer

1. turn around and return to their original X, OR

2. step around one another and go to the opposite X.

Different pairs meet in the middle.
You can change the type of interaction as desired.
